If it is something like a family portrait or a pet portrait that I don’t specialize in, I’m more than happy to refer you to a friend who may be able to do it for you. If no photo is received within 24 hours, you will be contacted via the email you put in the information box at checkout. If no photo is received and attempts to contact you fail, a refund will be issued a week before your painting it set to ship.
